Our IQ-Clean® janitorial management program includes Scalable Project Management (onsite supervisor IQ-POC), Smart Communication tools, Strategic Supply Management, and Customer-1st Security Protocols.
SIMPLE JANITORIAL has demonstrated the capability to utilize efficacious office cleaning, through our proprietary cleaning & quality inspection system known as HealthySpace®. This system allows our trained specialists to focus on cleaning for HEALTH. Our methodology includes using Bio-preferred-cleaning and disinfecting products, techniques & technologies. Additionally, all cleanings are assessed for HEALTH using our IQ-Cean checklist & points system to ensure overall cleanliness.
Our company prides itself on providing competent and well-trained employees for our clients. In this regard, each employee must attend a mandatory 40-hour training through our proprietary TidyPro® training and safety program, which focuses on utilizing OSHA-approved cleaning & best safety practices. This has resulted in lowering employee call-out rates and 0% safety incidents in the last 5 years.
Past/Present Performances
Longleaf Hospital (2019)
Simple Janitorial performed detailed deep cleaning for Longleaf Hospital, which is a 120-bed mental health facility. Our cleaning schedule included bathrooms, floors, hallways, and commons area. Our cleaning protocol resulted in the highest cleanliness audit ranking by the Department of Health & Human Services.
Caring Choices, Inc - (2019-present)
At present, Simple Janitorial performs routine janitorial cleaning for Caring Choices, Inc (23,000 sq ft). Our cleaning includes regular cleaning of offices, hallways, bathrooms and patient areas.
Tudor Construction (2017-present)
Our company performs regular post-construction cleaning for a Tudor Construction. Our cleaning includes general cleaning, waste management, floor maintenance, & window cleaning. Facility types include commercial-type structures.
Manchac Technologies (2019-present)
Simple Janitorial performs scalable cleaning for Manchac Technologies. Our cleaning includes both office and industrial cleaning. Also, we perform routine floor maintenance and carpet cleaning.
